A Trex® composite deck may be used at any time. Trex doesn't need to be sanded, stained, or painted; all that's needed for upkeep is the occasional washing with soap and water or a fast blast from a power washer. Decks made of wood need frequent maintenance. Composite decking from Trex lasts longer and is more sturdy. Wood decking may start to appear like a second task compared to Trex. Trex Decking is superior to traditional decking materials like wood and other composites in terms of durability and performance despite being composed of 95% recycled resources. Trex composite materials are not susceptible to decay or insect damage. It can be maintained with with soap and water and will never need painting or staining.
