Certified Pro Installer
Certified by the brands we build with
TC Decks is a TimberTech Platinum Pro and a certified Pro Installer for Trex, Deckorators and Fortress Railing. That lets us back your deck with labor and material warranty coverage, not just material.
Why it matters: labor and material coverage
Most decking warranties only cover the boards themselves. If something fails, you get replacement material and pay someone to tear out and reinstall it. When a certified Pro Installer builds the deck, the manufacturer can cover the labor and the material.
- Manufacturer-backed labor and material warranty coverage
- Installed to each manufacturer's specifications, so your warranty stays valid
- Our own 7-year workmanship warranty on top
- A crew trained on the specific products on your deck
We are also part of the OC Pro Build Team, building with OC Lumber, a wood-free, rust-free, rot-proof composite.

Common questions
What is a Pro Installer?
TimberTech, Trex, Deckorators and Fortress each certify contractors who are trained on their products and have a record of installing them correctly. TC Decks is a certified Pro Installer for all four, and a Platinum Pro with TimberTech, its highest tier.
What does that mean for my warranty?
Because we are Pro Installers, we can offer labor and material warranty coverage backed by the manufacturer. If a covered product fails, the warranty can cover the labor to replace it as well as the material. A homeowner who buys boards from a big-box store and installs them, or uses an uncertified contractor, usually gets a material-only warranty.
Does this replace your own warranty?
No. You get the manufacturer coverage on top of our own 7-year workmanship warranty.
Can I pick any brand?
Yes. We will tell you what we would choose for your project and why, but we install all four brands and will help you compare them.
